Green Garden Group – Purchasing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate vendors for cleaning and landscape materials, M&E parts, and consumables.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with depot/store team for timely replenishment.
• Ensure procurement complies with company SOP, sustainability goals, and audit requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation, including purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoices.
• Collaborate with Ops and Finance teams for forecast planning and budget alignment.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in procurement or inventory control, preferably in environmental services or FM sector.
• Familiarity with green procurement or sustainable sourcing practices is advantageous.
• Class 3 license is a plus for operational support during peak periods.
