Senior Technician ACMV – PROJECT ( $2.8k - $3.4k )

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise, Monitor and Inspect the works progress on ACMV System – Air Duct, Chilled Water Pipe and Equipment Installation as per Approved Drawings.
• Check and follow up closely the daily Site Installation Progress and able to take immediate action to tackle the delay.
• Carry out Testing & Commissioning and Basic Troubling Shooting of the ACMV System.
• Assist Project Manager/Engineer to oversee overall Project Progress, Manpower and Monitor Project Schedule.
• Select the appropriate ACMV Equipment, Materials and Component that meets the project requirements. 
• Attend Technical Meeting, Daily Site Progress Meeting and Safety Meetings.

Educations & Skill Requirements

• NITEC/Diploma/ Degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in ACMV Projects for Industrial or Commercial purpose project management handling.
• Spoken and written in English
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint)
• M&E Drawing (AutoCAD and Revit is an added advantage)
• Willing to learn attitude and work diligently is important.
• Prefer self-motivated, proactive and good interaction and interpersonal skills.
