Job Description
The Job
- Work closely with the Cluster Head / VP of Business Development and other corporate executives in the Development of the Agency Business
- Define and develop new initiatives to help the sales force grow their Business and in terms of sales and recruitment
- Generate ideas leading to strategic plans to grow the business exponentially
- Stay current on industry techniques, technologies, standards, and practices
- Gain knowledge and implement site projects involving activities in line with Corporate Live Great push
- Engage and assist with the operational requirements of the sales force. Learn and practice solving issues in the running of the agency business.
- Participate in orientation that includes facilities tour, staff introductions, overview of department procedures, familiarization with customer services and review of intern duties
- Review the Processes within the Department
Requirements
- Knowledge in Business, Marketing or Communications will be useful for the role
