Training Executive
Full time, Monday – Friday
Location: Paya lebar
Time: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
Job scope:
Develop a schedule to assess training needs
Prepare training plans and schedule, track and monitor training budget to achieve resource optimization.
Consultation
Track and compile collected data
Conceptualize training materials based on data and research
Communicate training needs and online resources
Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials
Manage training schedules and meeting arrangements
Maintain a database of all training materials
Instruct employee training and onboarding
Conduct training through new materials
Review employee performance and learning
Coordinate and monitor enrollment, schedules, costs, and equipment
Strictly for Singaporeans/PR with at least a Diploma Qualification.
Training will be provided,
