Time: 9:30 am to 6:30 pmJob Scope:
- Assist to organise meetings, seminars, talks, corporate events and activities; mainly webinars.
- Assist in preparing seminar contents, and meetings materials.
- Organizing facilities and details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment and promotional material.
Requirements:
- Singaporean or PR
- Diploma, Undergraduate and about to ORD soon is welcomed to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
