- Job Description
Assist to organise meetings, seminars, talks, corporate events and activities.
Assist in preparing seminar contents, and meetings materials.
Organizing facilities and details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment and promotional material.
And to make sure that our events will run smoothly as planned.
The min. requirement we are looking for, is Singaporean or PR with at least a diploma. Diploma of any field is also welcome.
