You will be part of a dynamic team at Grayling, supporting them in their day-to-day client activities. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
*Media monitoring and reports
*Conducting research and assisting with new business proposals
*Providing on-site support for client events
*Conceptualising and brainstorming fresh ideas for upcoming PR campaigns
*Developing communication materials: copywriting, editing, writing, transcribing
*Other ad hoc activities ranging from the fun to the mundane

Pros: Great supportive culture from seniors, with great autonomy to carve out what I want for my role, and the team I want to build. Opportunities to work with teams in UK and HK as well. Work-life balance too, since the support you receive is across the timezones as well. One thing to note is that SG MD (or many in the reviews mentioned CEO) has changed since late last year, so the culture is very different (in a very positive way) every since mid-2021.
Cons: Work comes in peaks and troughs. It can get very intense during crunch time but it's only during event period.
