promotional function in most companies was dominated by mass media advertising mainly
Public Relations, Sales Promotion, Direct Marketing, Corporate Identity, Product Packaging, Internet,
Point of Purchase/Display, Prints etc.
JOB RESPONSIBILITES :
We are looking for suitable candidates to assist us in the development of special event projects and team building and edutainment courses.
Involved in assisting and coordinating all stages of events management :
Pre-Event Conceptualizing,Planning, Coordinating, Setup, Onsite Execution and Operations, Post Event and dismantling duties.
Assist in proposal, creative planning, budget, sourcing and presentations for project pitching.
Preparation of training and briefing materials
Oversees project management timelines, details and task executive
Coordinating logistics / equipment / resources for events, liaison with relevant third party supplier
Administrative duties of quotations, invoices, payment vouchers etc.
Undertake any other ad hoc related duties as assigned
REQUIREMENT :
Singaporeans or PR only. Fresh grads or students above 18 years old are welcomed.
Passionate about events, creative and able to think out of box.
Flexible, initiative, meticulous, efficient and responsible.
Able to work independently and as a team player and multi-task in a fast paced environment.
Able to follow timeline / deadline and on weekends
/ PH when required.Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Great learning attitude
