We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic Barista to join our growing family and team for our current and new outlets with the following requirements:

• Extensive experience as barista in specialty coffee is preferred
• Passionate, proactive, outgoing, able to connect with customer and deliver great customer service experience
• Able to manage operation of front of house that include the team of barista and service crew
• Progressive career objective and motivate to learn and progress
• Team player, discipline and self-starter

This role is not for the faint-hearted and comes with high-expectation that the candidate can set him/herself apart above average players in the industry. If you think the expectation is just for you to learn about coffee and channel your expertise in this area, then that's just the beginning.
