Gracet.ai – Business Development & Corporate Finance Internship

Gracet.ai is SaaS technology and digital provider for B2B companies. Our products include HR and Accounting software. We are a startup that comprises of many young, dynamic and ambitious individuals wanting to provide companies across the world with greater business SaaS tools.

Specific Responsibilities

As an intern, you will work alongside our management and software engineers. You will get the opportunity to contribute to the team in the following ways:

(Corporate Finance responsibilities)

• Helping Gracet.ai in our capital raising efforts

• Conduct market and industry research

• Prepare proposals and marketing materials for deals

• Screen for and profile suitable potential investors

• Conduct comparable company / comparable transaction analysis

• Build financial models and analyze commercial data and assumptions which underlie financial forecasts

• Assists in company’s funding activities such as loan, grant applications

(Business Development Responsibilities)

• Assist in the development of business strategies identify and capture high potential B2B partners

• Identify trends and market opportunities outside the mainstream B2B / B2C market

• Promoting and encouraging B2B partners to come on board the Gracet platform

• Relationship management with key companies; assisting them in their needs and maintaining a positive relationship
