Job Description
Duties and responsibilities:
- Understudy the Accounts Payable and Payroll processes
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely invoice clearance
- Assist in balance sheet account reconciliation
- Support in organizing training and update training guides if necessary
- Assist in preparing and submission of monthly progress claims
- Assist in the issuance of invoices
