About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Admin & Finance Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in administrative operations, finance support, and office management. The successful candidate will work closely with the HR, Finance, and Operations teams while gaining valuable exposure to a professional working environment.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Duties
- Perform general administrative and clerical tasks.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain company documents and records.
- Manage filing systems (both physical and electronic).
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Prepare reports, letters, and meeting minutes.
- Assist with data entry and database maintenance.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office schedules.
- Support office operations and ensure administrative processes run smoothly.
Finance Duties
- Assist in preparing invoices, purchase orders, and payment vouchers.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Perform data entry for accounting transactions.
- Reconcile invoices and financial records.
- Organize and maintain finance-related documentation.
- Assist in payroll and expense claim administration.
- Support month-end financial reporting and account reconciliation.
- Perform other finance-related duties as assigned
