In accordance with The Great Compassionate Vows of The Buddha of Medicine, Golden Pagoda Buddhist Temple aims to
promote Buddhism and welfare for the needy and less fortunate, regardless of race or religion.
1) Oversee the day to day operations of Front Desk Department
2) Liaise with Donors and Devotees and maintain good relationship with them
3) Responsible for the smooth operations for all Donor Relations events, activities, ceremonies and customer servicing
4) Fulfill data and reporting requests, including the production of donor lists, and quarterly ceremony report for MC meeting
5) Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor contact and biographical information
6) Assist in supporting overseas pilgrimages, trips etc
7) Undertake any other duties as assigned
Requirement
1) Must have good interpersonal and communication skills
2) Must be meticulous, creative and able to work independently
3) Able to work on Public Holidays and weekend
4) Able to type Chinese Characters using Hanyu Pinyin input
5) Good written and spoken English, Mandarin and dialects, in order to communicate effectively with internal and external Chinese-speaking stakeholders
6) Familiar with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Buddhist Ceremony / Event will be an advantage
