Full Stack developer - Intern
We are looking for a highly motivated full stack developer-intern who is passionate in developing scalable digital products which will enable financial services to millions of people worldwide.
You will be part of our product development team and have responsibility of product life cycle assigned by team. Successful candidates will have to have hands-on background in developing data oriented and scalable cloud applications
Responsibilities:
- Work with Tech Leads or Engineering managers, architects, engineers & QA to develop innovative solutions that meet market needs w.r.t functionality, performance, reliability, realistic implementations schedules and adherence to development goals and principles
- Create and maintain technical software documentation.
- Support our partners to integrate and implement these products with their enterprise applications.
- Contribute to the Product and engineering roadmap and help set the vision for the company.
Requirements:
- Hands on experience in developing scalable cloud solutions
- Experience with AWS (or GCP or similar) cloud services
- You have developed high-traffic front or backend services for a real customer-facing apps or websites
- Have implemented and are familiar with RESTful API implementation and microservices architectures
- Knowledge of RDBMS and NoSQL databases (including best practices around design and modelling)
- Familiar with ETL and data pipelines
- Ability to partner with non-technical business peers in meetings and working sessions
- Comfortable in picking up new technologies
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Experience in big data and Machine learning/AI start-ups or scaled organizations (financial Technology domain expertise would be awesome)
- Experience with data lake development, data pipeline and workflow management
- Experience is developing scalable cloud native applications
- Experience with relational SQL and NoSQL databases, like Postgres and Cassandra
