Goal360 is a youth development academy that uses football as a platform to help young people learn, grow, perform and excel - on and off the pitch.

Beyond developing better footballers, our programmes are designed to build confidence, character and positive learning habits in young people.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Growth & Marketing Intern to join our team and help us connect with more families.

About the Role

We are looking for a Growth & Marketing Intern to support our customer engagement, marketing and social media efforts.

A key focus of the role is engaging prospective parents and converting enquiries into taster bookings and enrolments. We are therefore looking for someone who can represent the Goal360 brand confidently and professionally - whether through WhatsApp, phone calls, social media or in person.

You will work alongside a senior Growth & Marketing Intern, with working days and responsibilities shared between both of you. Good teamwork, communication and handovers will be important to ensure our families receive a consistent experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Engagement & Conversion

• Engage and follow up with prospective parents via WhatsApp and phone calls
• Understand their needs and guide them towards suitable programmes and taster sessions
• Follow up after tasters to support conversion into enrolments
• Maintain clear records and coordinate follow-ups with the team

Marketing & Strategy

• Analyse leads to identify trends and opportunities
• Propose strategies to improve lead generation and conversion
• Contribute ideas for campaigns, promotions, partnerships and outreach

Social Media & Content

• Plan and create posts, reels, stories and other social media content
• Attend selected training sessions to capture photos and video footage
• Help communicate the Goal360 experience through engaging, on-brand content

Who We're Looking For

You may be studying Marketing, Business, Communications, Media, Sports Management or a related field, but your course of study matters less to us than your ability and attitude.

We are looking for someone who:

• Communicates confidently, warmly and professionally
• Is comfortable speaking with parents through messaging and phone calls
• Has strong written English and a good sense of tone
• Is organised, reliable and able to manage follow-ups
• Can work independently while collaborating well with a teammate
• Is creative, proactive and willing to propose ideas
• Has an interest in marketing, social media and business growth

Experience with Canva, CapCut or similar tools is useful but not essential. An interest in sport, education, youth development or start-ups would be an advantage.

Working Arrangement & Remuneration

This is a flexible, part-time internship, with working days shared with another intern. Your schedule will be agreed in advance, and the base internship stipend will be pro-rated according to the agreed commitment. 

Performance-based incentives will also be provided for taster bookings, attended tasters and successful enrolments.

Much of the work can be completed remotely, although you should be available to attend selected Goal360 sessions or events when required.

What You'll Gain
