What You’ll Do:

You will design experiential micro-learning journeys to onboard new staff for a leading global client. You will be liaising with different country offices of the client, located across APAC and gather requirements and design journeys based on client’s expectations. You are creative, and care for attention to detail and are passionate about creating delightful end-user experiences. You love working with people, are an expert at managing expectations and adhering to committed deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• We want to entrust you with running major projects independently, hence learning fast and communicating well is paramount
• Learn from the best when it comes to securing new clients and accounts
• Assist in the team in acquiring fresh corporate and personal clients
• Create proposals and other material for the sales process
• Assist in crucial operation processes like invoicing, billing, and SOP documentations
• Project management and operations upkeep

Requirements

• A levels or diploma, undergrad or graduates preferred
• 3 months commitment minimum (with the option to extend)
• Enthusiastic individual with a go-getter attitude
• Systematic and meticulous with an eye for detail
• A hunger to learn is crucial in working at a start-up!
• Energised by communicating and working cross-functionally with multicultural teams
• Must be eligible to work in Singapore!! WE ARE CURRENTLY NOT LOOKING FOR PEOPLE TO WORK REMOTELY*
