Glowfully was created in 2018 and was established by founder Charlene Sim, who was inspired to research non-toxic skincare ingredients that were gentle yet efficacious; and soothing and perfectly adapted for Singapore’s climate for her mother who was undergoing chemotherapy treatment for cancer. Charlene was prompted to create her own skincare label to bring innovative skincare solutions formulated with naturally-derived, harsh-free ingredients that are safe for everyone in the family – from the youngest to the eldest.
Today, Charlene fronts Glowfully’s mission of being a clean beauty brand which provides a carefully curated range of skincare essentials free of potentially harmful or toxic chemicals such as parabens, phthalates, sulfates and formaldehyde.

Part Time Retail Beauty Consultant
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Promote our brand’s skincare products over the counter
- Be part of the team to drive sales and engagement while maintaining high level of service excellence in retail touchpoints
- Perform skincare consultation and product demonstration over the counter to customers
- Build relationship with customers and deliver excellent customer service
- Actively provide ideas to drive instore engagement, cross-brand collaboration and retail ideas to attract and engage customers.
- Ensure accuracy of stock level and transactions
- Ensure accurate sales entry in POS system and member database
- Ensure maintenance of store housekeeping and display
- Maintains good conduct, complies with instructions, policies and regulations
- Willing to work retail hours /shift work (Able to commit to 4-5 hours each day and 2-3 days per week)
