Warehouse Logistics Administrator - Full Time Position (Office Job)
Monthly Salary: S$2500 – S$3500 (Based on experience and qualification)
Additional Benefits: performance bonus
Working Schedule: 5 days per week (Monday to Friday, 9:00AM – 6:00PM)
Annual Leave: 14 days per calendar year (Additional 1 day per service year)
Location: Ubi Road 1.
Requirements:
- Minimum Nitec/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ERP/WMS systems (SAP or similar experience preferred).
- Knowledge of import/export documentation and customs clearance will be an added advantage.
Job Overview:
We are seeking an independent and detail-oriented Warehouse Logistics Administrator to support daily warehouse operations and logistics activities. This role ensures smooth warehouse functions, accurate inventory management, and effective coordination of inbound and outbound logistics. The position plays a vital part in maintaining efficient supply chain processes, data integrity, and collaboration between internal teams and external logistics partners.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS) and conduct regular stock counts to ensure alignment with system data.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with logistics providers, freight forwarders, and carriers, ensuring timely delivery and addressing any issues that may arise.
- Prepare and process shipping, customs, and logistics documentation (e.g., delivery orders, invoices, airway bills).
- Monitor shipment and delivery timelines, resolving discrepancies or delays promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, customer service, operations), external vendors, and customers to ensure smooth logistics flow.
- Support demand planning and product allocation to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards in warehouse operations.
- Generate reports on warehouse and logistics activities, including stock status and KPI tracking.
- Assist with ad-hoc warehouse and logistics-related tasks as required.
