Nutritional Supplements Advisor (Retail Position)
LOCATION: Island Wide
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time
INDUSTRY: Pharmacy Retail / Health & Wellness
WORKING SCHEDULE: 6 days per week (44 hour per week)
IMPORTANT NOTE:
- It is NOT administrative or lab position and successful candidate required to work in store.
- This position DOES NOT involve medical diagnosis or prescribing.
- It is NOT part time position.
JOB OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a Nutritional Supplements Advisor to join our pharmacy retail client team. This role focuses on assisting customers with nutritional supplements and wellness products while ensuring safe, ethical, and compliant recommendations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Physically fit to stand long hours.
- Interest or background in health, wellness, or nutritional supplements.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Sales-driven with proven ability to meet targets in a retail environment.
- Organised with strong attention to detail, especially in stock management and merchandising.
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Advise customers on nutritional supplements, vitamins, and wellness products.
- Provide accurate product information on usage, benefits, and general precautions.
- Refer medical or medication-related inquiries to the licensed pharmacist.
- Support sales targets while maintaining a customer-first and safety-focused approach.
- Ensure products are properly displayed, stocked, and within expiry dates.
- Assist with cashiering and point-of-sale transactions when required.
- Participate in product and compliance training.
- Support daily pharmacy retail operations and promotional activities.
