Requirements: 

• Studying in field of Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, IT, or a related discipline.
• Basic knowledge in a Service Technician or similar field.
• Basic knowledge in both hardware and software troubleshooting (IT and networking).
• Basic knowledge of POS/terminal device configuration is an advantage.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently for on-site maintenance and deployments.

Responsibilities:

1. On-Site Support for Deployed Terminals
2. Execute scheduled service tasks and update progress records in internal systems.
3. Coordinate service appointments with clients and stakeholders.
4. Perform on-site tasks including troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance.
5. Ensure service timelines and quality standards are met.
6. On-Site Maintenance Activities
7. Perform battery replacements and station servicing as required.
8. Conduct terminal and network connectivity testing.
9. Carry out site signal testing and document results.
10. Maintain detailed service logs and records.
11. Terminal Deployment & Retrieval
12. Plan and schedule deployment or retrieval of terminals when required.
13. Verify inventory, configurations, and readiness of devices before deployment.
14. Document changes, updates, and technical activities in relevant records.
15. Coordinate with higher-level technical teams for troubleshooting unresolved issues.
