1. Maintain global operation of our WEB3.0 project in platforms such as Telegram, Discord, Twitter, Facebook, Youtube, Reddit, etc.

2. Responsible for English copywriting;

3. Organize and maintain online events; attract new users; facilitate users’ engagement and user retention rate; conduct user analysis;

4. Cooperate well with app development team: locate, track and solve user problems; analyze and summarize user feedback and user data; find out users’ deeper needs; give suggestions and outlook for product optimization; improve user experience; promote product optimization;

5. Keep an eye on competing products, and give regular analysis or product competition strategies based on competing products;

6. Cooperate closely with all departments to efficiently promote the operation plan; be responsible for the operation and promotion performance.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above; more than 2 years of experience in Customer-related operation of relevant internet product; have a great passion for NFT and understand its industry trends;

2. Native or proficient in English and Mandarin, have the ability in copywriting independently;

3. Familiar with various products’ operations in the industry; familiar with the many and various methods to boost user growth in global markets; familiar with the communication tools used by users in different regions;

4. High familiarity with global market environment and culture; good at resource integration; strong ROI awareness; high logical and analytical thinking skills; good at communicating; sensitive to data;

5. Result-oriented; team spirit.
