- Job Description
- Assigned to a Sales BD Personnel as Admin Support
- Work closely with new prospects and customers on airfreight, seafreight, roadfreight and 3rd party freight enquiries
- Handle daily shipping shipping co-ordination of airfreight, seafreight, roadfreight and 3rd party shipments
- Administrative support (prepare shipment records, faxing, filling, photocopying, emailing, credit note etc)
- Ensure professional sales services are provided profitably to customers
- Advise billing instructions for Air, Sea (export/import/3rd party, local delivery) shipments
