- Job Description
- Attending to customer's enquiries and booking of shipments
- Handle full set of Export/Transshipment documents
- Manage day to day operational transaction for client's shipment
- Transportation - organize and coordinate pick up according to client's requirement
- Liaise with customer as and when necessary, such as documents discrepancy or cargo damaged
- To troubleshoot problems that might affect operational activities
- Plan, organize, control all operational activities and to provide customer with good service
- Any other duties assigned by Management.
