- Job Description
Role: Import Customer Relation
- Generate delivery order and ensure correct and proper import documentation prior delivery.
- To make sure the delivery is done to the correct receiver and Proof of delivery (POD) is returned by LSP.
- Providing the billing instruction to import billing team to complete the job by invoicing.
- Undertakes project assigned by section head/manager.
- Stand in for import services such as operation, billing and other in house sections if necessary.
- Submitting the job improvement suggestions and thinking report.
- Alternate Saturdays required
