- Job Description
Job Responsibility:
• Handle local Customer’s Airfreight and Seafreight enquiries;
• Handle overseas agents’ Airfreight and Seafreight enquiries;
• Handle and monitor 3rd party air and sea shpt;
• Get cost from airlines or overseas agents, analyze rates and provide airfreight and seafreight quotation to customers;
• Manage KPI reports, billing overviews for some VIP customers;
• Assist in RFQs from local customers and overseas agents;
• Assist managers in business development in terms of preparing presentation, quotations and proposals
