Job Description
Main Role: Marketing, E-Commerce, Account Servicing
Job scope:
- Support the onboarding of new sellers, analyse and report their performance (hands-on experience!)
- Ensure merchants know how to operate all elements of the platform
- Ensure Merchants adopt SuperMom sellers’ tools that will help increase their visibility, customer engagement, brand building and sales
- Competitive research and analysis on pricing, product bundles and more
- Excellent at problem solving
- Liaise with key marketing partners to promote key events & promotions
- Assist in event preparation and execution
What we are looking for:
- Period of Commitment: October to March 2020 window
- Strong interest in driving business improvements
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
- High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
- Tech-Savvy
- A “can do” spirit and insatiable will to get stuff done
