Designed to support working families, our centre offers a structured daily routine that balances academic support, character development, and creative enrichment.

Student Care Teacher X 2 / Macpherson

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and care for primary school students during after-school hours, school holidays, and term breaks.
• Guide students in completing their daily homework and provide academic support (especially in English, Math, and Mother Tongue).
• Plan and conduct engaging enrichment activities, games, and character-building programs.
• Manage student behavior with positivity and patience, ensuring a safe and respectful environment.
• Communicate regularly with parents and provide updates on students’ well-being and progress.
• Assist in daily operations such as mealtime supervision, attendance taking, and classroom tidiness.

Requirements

• Minimum O-Level or Diploma in Education / Early Childhood / Psychology or related fields.
• Passion for working with children aged 7–12.
• Responsible, patient, and nurturing personality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work during school holidays and follow MOE school calendar.
