We supply over 62 million garments a year through our global marketing and manufacturing network. We are looking for a meticulous incumbent who can work independently for a period of 4 months (Maternity Cover).
Responsibilities:
- Manage AP - ensure all the invoice are capture accurately in the system together with appropriate supporting documents
- Raise DN to inter-co or third party to ensure timely submission of documents of the reimbursement expenses
- Preparation of monthly supplier reconciliation by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
- Full set of GLG Corp's accounts
- Maintain monthly prepayment, staff training, legal and professional schedule and supporting for permanent file
Requirements:
- Able to start work immediately or within a short notice;
- Possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent;
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field or similar capacity is required for this position;
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office;
- Possess good working attitude, detailed oriented and ability to work with minimal supervision.
