We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Fleet Support Intern. As a Fleet Support Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization. Reporting to the Assistant Manager of the Fleet Support team, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks and assisting with operational activities. 

Job Description

Day to Day Activities

  • Carpark Management: 
    • Manage the purchase, renewal, season transfer of carparks for our fleet, and correspond with related parties to resolve any parking-related issues
  • Cleaning Operations Support:
    • Liaising with external vendors to provide support for daily operations
  • Vehicle Key Management:
    • Ensure the proper management and tracking of the fleet’s keys
    • Maintaining accurate records of key movement
  • Administrative Duties:
    • Ensure that all invoices are meticulously organized and kept in the physical filing system
    • Promptly updating and digitizing invoice records to Google Drive
  • Financial & Compliance Support:
    • Assist with the management and processing of summon appeals
    • Monitor dataset to track offline vehicles
    • Support the recovery of hourly parking charges
    • Assist with the recovery of vehicle inspection fees from fleet partners

Who We Are Looking For

  • Pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of fleet management or logistics is a plus
