Job Description

As our Sales Executive, you'll play a key role in driving sales for our service, working with both individual customers and businesses looking for long-term vehicle solutions.

 

Who We Are Looking For

  • Minimum two (2) years of proven sales experience

  • Demonstrated success in closing sales deals and building strong client relationships, with tangible results and metrics to show performance

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Google Suite for managing customer data, sales activities, and reporting.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and address customer objections effectively.

  • Driven and energetic team player who is meticulous and result-oriented

  • Customer-centric approach with a focus on building long-term relationships and providing exceptional service.

  • Knowledge and experience in the automotive industry is preferred

  • A valid Singapore Class 3/3A driving license required

  • Must be comfortable driving various types of vehicles will be advantageous


Day to Day Activities

  • Provide personalised consultations to retail customers, understanding their specific transportation needs and recommending suitable vehicle options and plans. Conduct test drives as needed.

  • Guide customers and clients through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to contract signing and vehicle handover. Ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience.

  • Manage and meet monthly sales targets

  • Establish and maintain a detailed and up-to-date CRM database with accurate information on interactions, preferences, and service history.

  • Assist in preparing sales report
