GenVoice – Research Assistant @ NUS (Neuroscience / Healthcare)

Our AI-based voice analytics technology drives our digital solutions in the mental health industry; at scale.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Research Assistant, who will be responsible for various aspects of the research, including data collection and cleaning, as well as participant liaising.

Responsibilities:

1. Participant Liaison: Arrange time with participants, provide clear instructions and address their inquiries.
2. Data Collection: Implement data collection procedures according to established protocols.
3. Data Cleaning & Keeping: Ensure data accuracy and consistency through validation processes. Ensure data is correctly numbered and categorized. 
4. Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling, record-keeping, report generation and so on .
5. Participant recruitment: Search for participants from multiple channels.

Qualifications:

1. Willing to travel to NUH (near Kent Ridge MRT)
2. Experience in academic research is a plus 
3. Interested in neuroscience or mental health is a plus 
4. Responsible and good time management
5. Attention to detail and accuracy
6. Good interpersonal and communication skill
