Gentle Pet Store – Studio Assistant (Part-time)

We’re a modern pet supplies store where we curate a collection of our favourite lifestyle products and minimalist furniture for our beloved pets. You’ll find everything from loveable toys we handpicked to accompany your chew-happy friends while you’re away, fresh and biologically appropriate food, the gentlest skincare that soothe as well as they clean, to beautiful accessories that dress up everyday looks.

We are looking for a friendly, animal-loving individual who understands our brand and values to join our team as a Studio Assistant (part-time).

You will
/ Handle walk-in customer enquiries
/ Process orders, including packing orders for all sales channels
/ Assist in inventory management & ensuring stock availability

Requirements
/ Able to work independently and as a team
/ 3-day work week (including at least 2 Saturdays per month), 12-5pm weekday / 11-5pm weekend
/ Understand our brand and values
/ Raw-feeding knowledge is a plus, but not compulsory
