Job Description

 

  • Plan class schedules and optimize the time slots for classes
  • Establish communication channels with students and parents with regards to class scheduling and details
  • Attend to students’/parents’ enquiries in terms of technical and administrative issues
  • Arrange and coordinate trial classes, post-class teacher-parent communication and replacement classes
  • Disseminate and explain necessary information to parents.
  • Explain pre-admission reports to parents
  • Ensure accurate attendance records
  • Assist the department in other work-related matters and other administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Able to communicate with parents and teachers bilingually in both English and Chinese
  • Minimum Diploma in any field
  • Minimum 2 years working experience, with at least 1 year related to learning centre operations
  • Good IT skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, ie Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Passionate and positive working attitude with willingness to commit to the extra mile for customers
  • Meticulous and paying attention to details

Weekly Work Schedule:

4 weekdays: 11 am to 8 pm

1 weekend: 10 am to 7 pm
