Teaching Specialist (Live Stream - Relief/Part Time) - Freelancer
Job Scope
- Conduct interactive and engaging live online lessons according to the syllabus
- Incorporate special effects into lessons to boost showmanship and viewership
- Analyse relevant data to tailor lessons according to students’ needs during the lessons
- Inspire a love for the subject through passion and enthusiasm
Requirements
- Graduated with good grades in degree programme
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant subject teaching experience
- Good knowledge in the relevant subject Lively, enthusiastic and energetic personality
- Excellent lesson delivery skills
- Excellent track record in showing improvement in students' result
- Lessons are typically 1 h + 30 minutes which includes after class Q&A, uploading of recorded video, reporting of issues and before class setting up and be in class 10 minutes before class starts.
- Training will be provided.
- No marking is required.
Work Schedule (Onsite - studios) Timings:
- Weekdays: 6.30 pm to 7.30 pm / 8 pm to 9 pm

Job Scope
- Adapt and implement lesson plans following established guidelines and methodology to optimise the curriculum's effectiveness in achieving learning outcomes.
- Conduct interactive and dynamic classroom sessions that actively engage students, promoting critical thinking and active participation.
- Evaluate students' progress and tailor recommendations and personalised plans based on their unique learning needs, leveraging learning analytics.
- Provide regular updates and feedback to parents, ensuring they are well-informed about their child's academic progress.
- Provides 1-to-1 consultations through an in-house messaging platform to address students’ academic needs outside of the classroom.
Requirements
- Possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree
- While teaching experience is preferred, it is not compulsory
