Job Description


Responsibilities

1.        Identify and close sales opportunities relating to car financing products with customers direct and through strategic partnerships.

2.        Up-sell and cross-sell other related products (e,g, Motor Insurance) to contribute to the Group’s overall revenue. 

3.        Proactively, expeditiously and effectively solve customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

4.        Keep abreast with and be updated on market information and company’s products and services to effectively and efficiently satisfy customer requirements.

5.        Assist customers to understand product and service offerings and help them make an informed decision on how they can benefit from purchasing the Group’s products and services.


Requirements:

1.        Minimum Diploma in Business Studies/Marketing or equivalent (or relevant work experience)

2.        Professional, polished  conversational skills

3.        Excellent customer service skills

4.        Result-driven, positive and self-motivated

5.        Good team player skills
