Job Summary:
We’re looking for an Accounts Executive to join our high-performing team. If you’re looking to be a part of the fast-moving industry, this might just be the place for you!
- Responsible for the full set of accounts
- Responsible for monthly account reconciliation
- Responsible for month-end closing reports
- Manage daily operations of the finance department
- Liaise with internal & external auditors, tax agents, consultants, etc on any statutory requirements
- Setting up policies to close the identified gaps, implement an effective workaround to improve the efficiency and accuracy of internal processes and deliverables
- Keep up to date on all relevant accounting standard (best practices), tax & fiscal regulations to ensure good governance and compliance
- Other ad-hoc duties
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Accountancy
- Minimally 3-5 years of accounting experience with a good mix of commercial and audit
- Fluid with spreadsheets, financial systems and software is an advantage
- Creative problem solver and process-driven & process implementation
- Experience in working in a fast-paced and high growth environment
- At least 3 years of experience in handling full-set accounting
- Ability to start within a short period (1 month or less is a plus)
