As a marketing intern, you will work closely with our Group Marketing Manager. With continuous training and mentorship, you will gain a broad experience in all aspects of marketing and acquire new marketing skills to prepare you to enter any fast paced work environment. Responsibilities:
• Assist to execute on social media and editorial content
• Help maintain and manage social media accounts
• Liaise with influencers, publishers and media for public relations initiatives
• Work on partnerships and marketing campaigns with the team
• Assist with other cross-functional ad-hoc tasks that may include administrative duties in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
Requirements:
• Marketing/ Digital Marketing/Marketing Communications background or interest
• Basic knowledge of marketing strategies, tools and platforms
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to quickly learn and process information
• Organization and time management skills
• Able to work independently and in team setting
• Problem solver with entrepreneurial spirit
• A flair for words, good copywriting and storytelling (Ability to conceptualise and bring to life creative concepts for ads / social posts)
• A keen eye for good style and design (Bonus if you have experience or strong interest in social media marketing)
• Has some creative design experience (Adobe Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, Canva or any other video editing software)
Compensation will be based on your previous experience and/or portfolio.
