Your Impact
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive intern who is passionate about making a difference. In this role, you will be the backbone of our Employer Partnerships and Placement (EPP) team, directly contributing to our mission by connecting our bootcamp graduates with their next career opportunity. You will gain hands-on experience in recruitment analytics, stakeholder management, and process optimization within a dynamic non-profit.

What You Will Do
Key Responsibilities
1. Job Placement Support
- Scrape job leads, update our opportunity databases, and coordinate job-sharing initiatives to connect our graduates with open roles.
2. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Conduct targeted outreach to new employer partners via LinkedIn and email.
- Support the coordination and logistics for employer engagement events and field trips.
- Communicate with jobseekers and alumni to gather information and update records.
3. Events Support
- Update / Create materials needed for employability events
- Assist in coordination and logistics for employability events
4. Data Management & Reporting
- Clean and organize key databases for employers, candidates, and job leads, ensuring data tracking between spreadsheets and Salesforce (CRM).
- Compile feedback, and document processes to help us improve continuously.

Skills & Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a diploma or undergraduate program (open to all disciplines) or a recent graduate.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with Excel is a strong advantage.
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
- Comfortable using social media platforms like LinkedIn professionally.
