Internship Opening: Talent & Brand Marketing Intern

About the Internship

Are you passionate about people, storytelling, and social media?

Join us at GEN Financial Advisory as a Talent & Brand Marketing Intern, where you'll help us grow our team of financial planners by creating engaging content, running recruitment campaigns, and showcasing our vibrant team culture.

This internship is perfect for someone who is curious about the intersection of HR, marketing, and digital branding — and wants real-world experience in a purpose-driven company.

What You’ll Be Doing

a. Recruitment Marketing & Candidate Engagement

  • Assist with screening applications and scheduling interviews

  • Help coordinate career events, webinars, and info sessions

  • Prepare and send follow-up messages to candidates

  • Contribute to improving candidate experience and communication

b. Content & Brand Building

  • Brainstorm and create content for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok

  • Write posts, design visuals (using Canva), and capture behind-the-scenes moments

  • Help document career stories, team interviews, and intern highlights

  • Track social media engagement and suggest content improvements

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong interest in marketing, communications, HR, or employer branding

  • Good writing skills and a love for social media

  • Able to communicate professionally and confidently

  • Organised, self-driven, and curious to learn

  • Bonus: Experience with Canva, CapCut, or basic video editing tools
