Overview

You will support GB Helios in researching, designing, and launching new financing and leasing programmes in the automotive, home living and green energy sectors. This internship offers exposure to real business challenges, go-to-market planning, financial evaluation and digital customer journey mapping.

You will work closely with the business team, partners, and internal stakeholders to support strategic initiatives that drive growth and innovation.

Skills You Will Use / Develop

• Project Management: Ability to plan tasks, track milestones and support stakeholder coordination
• Marketing: Understanding of customer needs, branding and targeted outreach strategies
• Market Research & Analysis: Conducting industry and competitor research to recommend solutions
• Financial Analysis: Applying basic financial models to assess new schemes
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights
• Communication Skills: Presenting ideas clearly to both business and technical teams

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in researching, designing and implementing new leasing or financing programmes for automotive, home living or green energy storage solutions
• Analyse industry trends and competitor offerings to identify market opportunities
• Support customer segmentation and assist in mapping digital customer journeys
• Develop go-to-market strategies and prepare marketing collateral
• Evaluate partnership opportunities with relevant retailers or service providers
• Work with internal teams to support project planning and execution

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma in Business, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Innovation, Analytics, Financial Informatics, Business Process & Systems Engineering, Consumer Behaviour, or other related fields from a local Polytechnic
• Strong analytical mindset with good research and problem-solving skills
• Good interpersonal and communication abilities
• Proactive, willing to learn and able to work independently and in a team
• Interest in financial services, green technology, or digital customer experience will be an advantage
