Gap Year Guide – Content Writer

Responsibilities:

• Ideate and conceptualize useful and shareable content 

• Write articles consistent with the tone and quality of Gapyearguide’s articles. 

• Attend events, tastings, and other out of office jobs to assist in the creation of articles

• Dabble in social media marketing

Requirements:

• Exceptional research skills

• MUST have a passion for writing

• Able to work independently in a team

• Good eye for viral content is a plus 

• Strong writing skills, including: 

  • A strong, but unbiased, voice

  • Deliver your message succinctly

  • Able to write with a clear purpose, sense of direction and objective 

  • Write in a conversational tone, valuing clarity over fancy vocabulary
