About the Role
We’re a fast-moving, ideas-driven boutique agency seeking a curious, creative, and high-energy Social Media and PR Executive to join our team. You’ll play a critical role in shaping our clients' narratives, building buzz, driving engagement, and making noise when and where it matters. What You’ll Be Up To
- Dream Big: Dream up and roll out scroll-stopping campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, RedNote (小红书), and LinkedIn. Whether it's building awareness or boosting traffic, you'll be at the heart of it all.
- Content That Connects: Write, design, film, and post content that people actually want to engage with. Think captions, videos, stories, reels, blogs, and more. You're always tuned into what’s trending.
- Community Vibes: Jump into conversations, respond to comments and DMs, and keep the online energy high with real-time engagement and authentic connection.
- Results-Driven Strategy: Track what works, tweak what doesn’t, and use insights to level up content strategies. Timing, trends, hashtags, you’ll be all over it.
- PR That Pops: Build authentic relationships with influencers, journalists, and media outlets. You'll pitch stories, draft press releases, and keep our clients in the limelight, for all the right reasons.
- Event Energy: Support and help pull off media briefings, brand launches, and buzz-worthy events that leave a lasting impression.
- Media Monitoring: Monitor media coverage, social trends, prepare reports, and keep an eye on the conversation around us to keep us (and our clients) in the loop and ahead of the game.
What We’re Looking For
- A diploma in Communications, Marketing, PR, Journalism, or a similar field
- Min. 1 year of experience in social media and/or public relations. Fresh grads are welcome.
- A natural storyteller with strong writing, editing, and communication skills
- Video-savvy. Comfortable to film, edit, and experiment with short-form formats (Reels, Stories, UGC, etc.)
- A flair for basic design (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
- Strong networking instincts and people skills
- Super organised, detail-obsessed, and able to juggle tasks like a pro
Bonus:
- Experience with Hootsuite, Google Analytics, or Meta Business Suite
- Photography skills
