FY Ads is a Singapore-based digital marketing agency specialising in social media content and cross-border marketing. We work with brands across hospitality, F&B, education, retail, healthcare and lifestyle industries.
Responsibilities
Identify and source suitable overseas KOLs/influencers on platforms such as XiaoHongShu (RedNote), Instagram and TikTok
Prepare KOL briefs and communicate campaign requirements and content direction
Liaise with KOLs on collaboration details including pricing, product seeding and posting schedules
Ensure deliverables are submitted and published on time
Build and maintain a KOL database for future collaborations
Assist in basic content review and track post performance during campaign execution
Requirements
Familiar with social media platforms such as XiaoHongShu (RedNote), Instagram and TikTok
Basic understanding of how to search for and evaluate suitable influencers
Strong communication and coordination skills
Able to negotiate collaboration terms and manage timelines effectively
Good command of English to communicate with overseas KOLs
Overseas exposure (especially Singapore) or related internship experience is a plus
