Future Ready Academy (FRA) is a Technical & Vocational Education & Training (TVET) and K-12 S.T.E.M. education provider to equip workforce and students with future-ready skills in the age of AI and Industry 4.0.
To prepare a future-ready workforce that will power the manufacturing, healthcare, sustainability sectors of the future, we provide Smart Manufacturing & Advanced Robotics Training with stackable micro-certification from Carnegie Mellon Robotics Academy. To enable workforce in Industry 4.0 to have more immersive, engaging, faster & more cost-effective technical training, we offer an immersive AI Spatial Centre tool in extended reality (AR/VR).
To prepare our students early to be future-ready, we offer problem-based, experiential learning K-12 S.T.E.M. Learning programs are both fun and engaging. At FRA, students of various age groups can develop different aspects of S.T.E.M. knowledge, skills and mindset through Robotics & Coding, Game Design & Development, 3D Design & Printing and other programs.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct and deliver training as required for various Future Ready Academy programs, conducted at various locations across Singapore as well as at our center.
- Organize and prepare lesson materials and logistics in advance before the lesson starts.
- Evaluate, assess, and report on students’ progress on a timely basis.
- Assess and document students’ progress with photo taking and periodic report writing.
- Prepare and support marketing activities, including marketing collateral and events.
- Support administrative/event-related duties as required.

- Enhance and apply knowledge on electronics engineering, robotics and IOT skills with various programming in different domains.
- Develop creativity, critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Foster coaching and leadership skills in the team-based experiential learning environment

Requirement
- Diploma or degree preferably in engineering, computer science, business, or education discipline, other disciplines can also be considered.
- Any experience in training especially of technical or digital skills will be a significant advantage.
- Tech-savvy individuals with the ability to learn, adapt, and apply fast.
- Strong interest in inspiring students through STEAM lessons / programs
- Patient, approachable, and possess a passion for teaching kids and young adults.
- Possess growth mindset, adaptable and flexible.
- Energetic, with a positive can-do attitude
- Fluent in English with good verbal and written communication skills
- Possess a high degree of professionalism (e.g., in appearance and conduct)
- Willing to work on a flexible schedule.
