Job Description

About the Role

Are you passionate about people and eager to explore the dynamic world of Human Resources? We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our HR team in delivering strategic and operational excellence. This internship offers hands-on exposure to a wide range of HR functions—from policy implementation to employee engagement and compliance.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assist in the implementation and alignment of HR policies and processes across departments.
  • Support recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
  • Help maintain HR records (electronic and physical) and ensure data accuracy.
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and internal events.
  • Assist in tracking HR budgets and expenses, and support reporting needs.
  • Provide administrative support in areas such as leave management, performance tracking, and training logistics.
  • Stay updated on HR trends and employment regulations, and help communicate relevant updates to the team.
  • Collaborate with line managers and cross-functional teams on people-related matters.
  • Take part in ad-hoc projects and initiatives that contribute to organizational goals.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Able to commit to a full-time 3-month internship.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
