Job Description
What you will do:
- Performance Cycle Operations: Support the operational tasks of the performance review cycle, including coordination, data preparation, follow-up, and progress tracking.
- Market Data Research: Assist in collecting and analyzing market salary data to generate actionable insights for decision-making.
- Data Cleaning & Analysis: Perform basic data cleaning and analysis using Excel or Google Sheets to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
- HR Project Participation: Contribute to other HR initiatives related to employee performance and rewards.
Requirements
- Duration: At least 3 months
- Language: Proficiency in English as the working language.
- Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas) and Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Educational Background: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or master’s program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Management, Statistics, or related fields.
- Interest and Understanding: Interest in performance management and rewards.
- Having basic knowledge of HR concepts is an advantage.
