FrieslandCampina produces and sells consumer products such as dairy-based beverages, infant nutrition, cheese and desserts in many European countries, in Asia and in Africa via its own subsidiaries. Dairy products are also exported worldwide from the Netherlands. In addition, products are supplied to professional customers, including cream and butter products to bakeries and catering companies in West Europe. FrieslandCampina sells ingredients and half-finished products to manufacturers of infant nutrition, the food industry and the pharmaceutical sector around the world.

We are looking for an E-commerce Marketing Intern to support the Head of E-com to improve on Content, Campaign insights and channel analytics, develop and measure test and learn projects. Additionally, he/she will drive customer analytics to identify opportunities to accelerate category and brand growth plus improve return on investment
Quality Content development , enabling us to respond with speed and quality to trade partners
o Supporting setting and maintenance of central product information system (Syndy)
§ Objective: collect and store product information centrally, improve content accuracy and distribute to trade partners (offline and online)
o Improve content collection and storage:
§ Collecting all product images
§ Assess gap and develop best in class hero imaging.
§ Develop content and update in Syndy.
o Support the development of ecommerce content guidelines in order to standardize and optimize brand consistency and effectiveness across ecommerce touchpoints.
o Update content across retailers (including FairPrice online, guardian etc..)
Support campaign development and execution.
o Plan & create ecommerce campaigns (11.11 /12.12 etc) across accounts, in addition to development of the campaign calendar for Friso Online (own e-store).
o Support the translation of Friso & Dutch Lady National marketing campaigns into ecom channels activities.
o Support major brand events, to drive e-sales at these events
Support in ecom insight generation, tracking and sharing
o Gather and analyze ecommerce sales data plus other available insights to generate learnings that will improve our planning, execution and results
o Support in setting up Perfect Store execution tracking (Paxcom or Clavis) in order to improve availability, visibility, pricing and content across retailers. Daily scanning of online activity to benchmark our execution and offer vs competitors will be required.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Min Bachelor degree in Business administration / Marketing / E-commerce or equivalent
- Passionate to learn more about E-commerce & Digital content
- Curious, dedicated, eager (to learn), result driven.
- Feeling comfortable with working in a fast paced environment with limited information.
- Ownership & Hands on mentality
- Able to analyze a (complex) situation, develop a plan and go into action
- Continuous self-learning.
- Strong creative & communication skills.
- Prior experience - Prove of prior experience with:
- Project management
- E-commerce or digital marketing
- Creative skills with Photoshop
- Analytical skills / experience with e.g. Statistical tooling, Google analytics, excel.
