Job Description

  1. Handle end-to-end recruitment process from hiring requisition, conducting interviews to job offer, onboarding, including work pass management
  2. Responsible for monthly work pass administration which includes new application, renewal, cancellation and updates for employees and dependents
  3. Generate monthly reconciliation statement on GIRO work pass billing and Foreign Workers Levy for Finance Department
  4. Manage and maintain employees’ P-file records and employees’ information into system, ensure timely update for changes
  5. Handle insurance related claims and liaise with insurance broker on renewal matters for medical benefits and insurance
  6. Ensure timely submissions of government-related claims (e.g. CPF, Childcare Leave, Maternity/Paternity Leave / Shared Parental Leave etc)
  7. Coordinate exit management activities for employees including preparation of exit letters and exit interviews
  8. Preparation of all HR related letters (letter of certifications, bank account opening, etc)
  9. Assist in administering the annual Performance Appraisal exercise
  10. Handle periodical surveys from government agencies
  11. Administer employee leave records and entitlement in the HR system
  12. Plan and organise employee engagement activities for hotel associates
  13. Act as an advisor and counsel to employees on HR matters
  14. Responsible for the compilation of OT requisitions for monthly payroll processing

Job Requirement:

  1. Preferably 2 - 3 years of experience in Human Resources, with hands-on experience and knowledge in Employment Act and other statutory requirements and legislation
  2. Prior knowledge in Timesoft software is an added advantage
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office functions, Excel, Word and Power Point
  4. Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work with external stakeholders
  5. Able to work independently as well as in teams
  6. Meticulous and attentive to details
