• Assist the Senior/Duty Managers in directing and supervising the activities of the Front Office department.
• Attend to all guests' queries, improvement feedback and compliments, and attend to guests' needs promptly and professionally.
• Assign rooms for all arriving guests after checking the guest preferences in the absence of Room Controller.
• Adhere to occupational, health and safety legislation, policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Management.

Job Requirement:

• Currently pursuing Professional Certificate/NiTEC in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent
• A team player with an eye for detail
• Good customer service & communication skills
