Job Description

We are looking for a Public Relations (PR) Intern to shape our corporate image in ways that promote our brand and build our reputation as well as that of our portfolio companies in the investor community.  You’ll be responsible for maintaining media relations and online presence, writing content, and coordinating PR events.  You will work closely with the Managing Director and the external Senior PR Advisor.  We expect to see candidates who can impress us with their copywriting, communication, and presentation skills and a passion for a career in public relations.  We’ll be on the lookout for prior experience in corporate communications and degree studies in a relevant field.  Throw a fun and creative yet highly reliable personality into the mix and you’ll be our ideal candidate. 

Job Description

  • Formulate and execute PR plans for Forum Capital.
  • Drive Investor-related PR for our portfolio companies.
  • Establish the company’s voice and presence through online and offline channels.
  • Build and manage media relations.
  • Write press releases and other PR materials.
  • Drive establishment of opinion-leader image on social media through content strategy execution.
  • Plan and supervise participation at events and conferences.

Candidate Requirements 

  • Studies towards a degree in PR, communications, or journalism.
  • Prior experience in public relations, corporate communications, copywriting and editing.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Outgoing, creative, reliable, smart.
  • Native proficiency in English.
